  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
  • 1¾ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Filling:
  • four eggs
  • 1⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar to garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
  2. Spray 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  1. In a medium blending bowl, cream in combination butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Upload lime peel, flour and salt. Combine till neatly mixed.
  3. Press into 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 stage F for 14 to 15 mins or till rather browned.
  1. Whilst crust is baking mix eggs and sugar in a medium dimension blending bowl and beat neatly.
  2. Upload lemon juice and lemon zest and blend once more.
  3. Upload flour and baking powder and beat for four mins.
  4. When crust has baked for 14-15 mins, take away from oven and pour filling over scorching crust.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 mins or unto golden brown.
  6. Cool on rack after which mud with powdered sugar.
  7. Retailer in fridge.
  8. Upload flour and baking powder.
